The ABC's of contracts
This course introduces the fundamental concepts of contracts; participants will learn how to achieve specific business goals through the use of different types of contract provisions.
Bank credit agreements
Participants in this program obtain a comprehensive overview of the key documentation issues in bank loan documentation, including provisions governing the payment of principal and interest, mandatory and optional prepayment provisions, negative and financial covenants, default and remedy provisions, assignment provisions and amendment mechanics.
Bond indentures
This program focuses on the portions of a typical bond indenture that come into play most often in the continuing relationship between the bondholders and the issuer, including debt incurrence covenants, restrictions on asset sales and dividends, limitations on investments and mergers, the role of the trustee, and the remedies available to bondholders in the event of a default.
